Black History Month Visitors
As part of our Black History Month celebrations, parents have been invited to come in and speak to the children about their cultural traditions and heritage.
Today, Year 5 was lucky to have Mr Tesgaye visit and speak to them about Ethiopian traditions and culture. Children learnt loads about the history of Ethiopia, the fantastic foods and coffee which the people enjoy as well as some traditional dances which can be performed.
The children loved the opportunity to ask further questions, and we can't thank all our visitors this month for the effort and time they have given in further educating our children at St Edmund'sāā.
